wow I really like this place it is a fair and evenly balanced very justified nation (did I mention it was very fair?). I love this place. Absolutely.
(Having not read up on anything about how Season 2 Card rarity is calculated, I can only assume this is true)
It looks like the more Golden (top 1%) medals you have, the higher the rarity of your nation's Trading Card will be. Thus, The CEO of Blatter Land has 'Epic,' whereas Phazianactianaland is only 'Uncommon'
I'm not sure how it is calculated exactly, nor how Donator/Helper roles may play a part like Season 1.
