I like to believe things are changing however as of the current moment the region is very quite. perhaps we should unlock the region to flow in more active nations? What do you guys think?

I don't think it would hurt anything. If someone does raid here, I'm sure defenders would come and aid us.
I would say not yet. Defenders aren't that ambitious and over the years I've used up most of my influence to keep resetting passwords every time they are lifted and were overrun. If anything I would start getting embassies with friendly talkative regions and encourage them to post things on our rmb and we could do the same on theirs.
