I find it incredibly fun. I also don't dismiss issues on my main... even though sometimes I should. It's what got me into NationStates, what gives me gold stats, what more d'you want?
On a serious note, I like issues, it's a nice and chill part of the experience that is quite diverse (till you start seeing the issues twice or thrice). I like the NS routine of doing my issues.

Yes, though some of them make no sense, and doesn't make sense with my lore. I've not expanded on it completely, but why is my family-less, rarely seen, age-transcendent leader in a supermarket going shopping and being hassled by random people? Obviously they can't customise everything, but it's actually quite funny.

Kinda? I do, but on most of my nations I pick random results for issues. On my main, nowadays I either just pick the first option without reading and see how much is effects my employment, or I just dismiss it. Answering issues isn't fun anymore really :(
