hey man, I'm back. the greatest miracle of prophet Muhammad saw was the conveying of the quran. There are millions of people who have memorized the quran throughout the world, this is not shown in any other book or message.
Does Islam have a similar concept to the Christian concept of grace?
Salvation is not attained through like a concept that Jesus pbuh died for our sins, but rather through Allah's mercy and sovereignty alone.
If you can could you explain the difference, if there is any, between the grace of God and the mercy of God?
God has decency on us because He is the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.
Is there any reason behind Him giving us mercy in Islam? In Christianity we aren't good enough, which is why God the son came down and was made flesh to live a sinless life and be the perfect sacrifice so that we may receive the grace of God through it.
Although we are not perfect, Islam rejects the idea that we are born with sin and believes that Allah is never unwilling to forgive our sins provided we are sincere. A sacrifice is not necessary in this case.
