The news comes mere days after NationStates resumed operations after 9 days of utter chaos and destruction. After a brief audit by Deloitte, it is alleged that a summer intern at KPMG may have caused the havoc whilst attempting to use the VLOOKUP function in an Excel table containing old financial statements from Enron, SVB and First Republic Bank.
