I'm pretty sure 135 endorsements + extra if needed is a huge obstacle for a lowly native. Plus, you'll have no luck talking with defenders: they've given this region a DnD notice.

Even if by some luck, the DnD status was removed, defenders have a much harder time liberating regions than invaders have occupying them. When a raid starts, it's not so likely defenders can ever get a foothold.....
