Purpose: To codify Regional Executive Order No. 1, and to define the operation of the RPOC.

Article I: Basics of the RPOC

i. The Role-Play Oversight Committee, otherwise known as the RPOC, is established by law.

ii. The RPOC must consist of at least: The President of the RGBN, The Vice President of the RGBN, & The Minister of Roleplay of the RGBN. These members are “Core Members” of the RPOC.

iii. Members may be inducted into, or removed from the RPOC at the behest of any Core Member.

iv. All members of the RPOC are moderators of the RGBN Role-Play.

v. Regional Executive Order No. 1 is struck down by the Regional Assembly.

Article II: Bylaws of the RPOC

i. The RPOC may create bylaws regarding the RGBN Role-Play.

ii. RPOC Bylaws must not violate the Legislation of the Regional Assembly and/or The Grand Constitution of the RGBN.

iii. In order for the RPOC to create bylaws, the proposed bylaw must be approved by all Core Members of the RPOC.

iv. RPOC Bylaws may be repealed by 2/3 of the Core Members.

v. All members of the RPOC may propose the creation or repeal of bylaws.

vi. The RGBN Dispatch Office must create and maintain a dispatch containing all RPOC Bylaws, including repealed bylaws.

Article III: Duties of the RPOC

i. The RPOC must follow & enforce RPOC Bylaws.

ii. The RPOC must follow & enforce the RGBN’s RMB Role-Play Rules.

iii. The RPOC must enforce the orders & decisions of the RGBN’s RP Ministry regarding the RGBN’s Role-Play.

iv. The RPOC must follow & enforce the legislation of this assembly, in regards to the RGBN’s Role-Play.

v. The RPOC must follow & enforce regional executive orders, in regards to the RGBN’s Role-Play.

Article IV: Purpose(s) of the RPOC

i. The primary purpose of the RPOC is to oversee the RGBN’s RolePlay in addition to the RGBN’s RP Ministry.

ii. Additional purposes for the RPOC may be set through (1) an executive order, (2) Regional Assembly legislation, or (3) an RPOC Bylaw.
