I'll be as upfront as I reasonably can. If things seem to have come to a standstill, it's because we're discussing in private channels. People are simply not already all in support on Discord.
That said, confusion is very present at the moment. We just aren't ready for a smooth merge yet. As I said on Discord:
"It's to the extent that it feels like some people voting yes/no are voting for the same thing."
We are not pressed to meet a deadline, so there is no reason to rush this without getting it right first. If a TSL dynamic or something about NationStates requires moving faster than we already are, please inform us.
Since it seems to be important, I don't know how merging TSE and TSL relates to merging this NationStates region with TSL's NationStates region. Union of Silver States Union or 
The Ypres Front should be able to say something regarding this.
Edit: So yeah we need more than 3 days sorry, :/

The reason we want this done fast over on the TSL side is cuz we aren’t doing rp rn during merge talks, so that means some might become inactive during the merge, potentially permanently, so yeah…

P.S. Thanks for this by the way, I was worried on how I would explain to 
Russian Red Soviets that we had to abandon this region for our joining with the Southern Lands. Heh. You made my job way easier. I'll contact you once I want another region... wiped out.
