Loading...But I mean, what counts in the courts as importance for a situation or unreasonable for withholding consent?
This like of questions makes it sound like parents must have a lot of control over the lives of their children in the Celestial Empire
Religious/Societal reasons which could otherwise result in discrimination (ex. a girl gets pregnant and for social and/or religious reasons and conventions in a community the couple is obliged to get married or the pregnant couple wish to voluntarily get married and have the proper resources and support for raising a child but their parents withhold consent for discriminatory purposes or just pettyness, then a court can waive parental consent and unilaterally give its consent to the marriage.

Prince of the Youth is an odd title. How did that one come about?
It was an ancient title created by Emperor Augustus for his grandchildren and a title for potential heirs to the throne. It was codified by Imperial Decree as the title for the Heir Apparent to the throne.
There can be a lot of irony should the heir apparent grow to be an old man or woman.
Upon age of Majority, the Heir to the throne is given the primary title of Caesar, which upon ascension to the Imperial Throne becomes Imperator Caesar [Name] Augustus.
