Sibirskiy soyuz: Amendment 3.1 to UANGA/DRES/2

"[Resolves that] the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the Eurasian Union, upon the enactment of either one of the Annexes of [the final Resolution], namely Annex [A] or Annex [B], hereby commit to holding two separate referendums.

• A free and democratic referendum, to take place in the current territory of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR)

• A free and democratic referendum, to take place in the Siberian Republic (SR), of the Eurasian Union (EU).

With the aim of understanding the will of all citizens, older than 18 years of age, inhabiting the territories located within the political borders of the pre-1991 Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), so that both Governments can act in accordance to the popular votes, and thereby negotiate a comprehensive and sensible approach that will allow a final, diplomatic resolution of the Eurasian-Soviet crisis, for the continued preservation of inter-ethnic coexistence and peace in both nations."

All Member States are urged to make their views known. Polling closes in 3 days.

Varadkar sat at his desk as the chaos outside continued, Military Police had taken control of the city and imposed a curfew. The National Soviet and other members of the party along with the Field Marshalls wanted Varadkar to surrender, it was clear that the allies had no intentions to cross the rivers but Varadkar had no intention to surrender either. The tanks rolled into the city first followed by the trucks with the infantry. Varadkar cower in fearas he waited and looked for a gun but before he could 3 men burst through the door, a massive sergeant back handing him senseless and putting him in a chair.

Thomas Vanderbilt, his face unreadable following the recent meeting following the N2 strike over New Delhi looked at the phone and message. The Soviet Indian Government had surrendered unconditionally following that strike. Seems some folks didn't want to risk having dropped directly into the streets he though to himself. Already some news stations were airing the videos from the city that showed the damage, some saying it was a tactical nuke.

"Oh those misguided fools. If that was a nuke, there'd be no Government to surrender. Let them run around like headless chickens for awhile. That strike just shows our restraint and resolve. Let it stand as a message: if we wanted to...we could have flattened all of India in a heartbeat."

Statement from The Office of the Commonwealth

The combined nations of the Roman Imperial Commonwealth are appalled at the criminal actions undertaken by the United States during the Raj-Hanthwaddy War. The use of nuclear warheads near civilian population centers is both dangerous to the population of India, but dangerous to the world as a whole. The fallout from such an incident could travel for hundreds of miles, and even result in nuclear retaliation. Putting millions of lives at risk for a show of force is reckless, and a blind decision that could only be made by a nation that does not care for the safety of humanity or its own citizens. The Commonwealth cannot and will not allow this sort of behavior. Effective immediately, the Commonwealth will be enforcing economic sanctions against the United States of America.

Other votes were passed in recent weeks as well: Citizens of Commonwealth Observer-States may apply for Commonwealth citizenship, allowing for ease of travel and commerce. This Act now excludes the United States, preventing them from interacting economically with Commonwealth nations until further notice. The Commonwealth Defense Treaty has added an Article, which officially activates the Commonwealth Defense Force. The CDF will be comprised of 250,000 troops from Roma, Hungary, Turco-Bulgaria, and Turkiye. These troops will be stationed in Turkiye temporarily, and will relieve the 160,000 Joint Task Force currently performing military exercises there. Upon the completion of the CDF's first deployment in Turkiye, 150,000 troops will be stationed in Hungary. 50,000 will be stationed in Turco-Bulgaria and Central Africa.

Asylum seekers' family members to the ninth relation, which include an asylum seeker's living parents, living grandparents, living spouses, spouse's parents, living children and their spouses, living grandchildren and their spouses, siblings and siblings-in-law, uncles and aunts and their spouses, and first cousins and their spouses, are granted derivative asylum as well. You are entitled to be transported to the FEUSSR via outbound flight with MFA diplomatic personnel. Your items and personal effects will be transported later on via diplomatic courier in diplomatic bags.

The granting of asylum is pursuant to the principle of non-refoulement, owing to a likelihood that you may be unfairly persecuted or retrospectively prosecuted for your political opinion, membership in a political body, or for legally-sanctioned work at the time of performance. The granting of asylum is also pursuant to humanitarian grounds, following the detonation of a pseudo-nuclear device which threatens the food, water, and physical safety of the local populace with its fallout, and highlights the constructive recklessness of the new government (Imperial Mysore) and its allies.

Asylum in the FEUSSR is authorized for an indefinite period, and it confers upon you the right to reside permanently in the FEUSSR. It may also confer upon you an automatic entitlement to citizenship if your statehood is revoked by your home country and you become stateless.

The Victorious First Division of the Royal Mysorean Army paraded before the people of Mysore today in Mysore City, the parade also marched past the Royal Palace where the Sultan, his court, and military advisor watched. Field Marshall Kapoor led parade from the front. Thousand came out to watch the parade celebrating the Liberation of Mysore and the city from Communist Forces. Sultan Tippoo addressed the crowd, the nation, and the world at the Royal Palace resplendent in silk robes and jewels.

"Today is the most glorious day for our nation and the world. The forces of the righteous and just defeated the forces of Evil and corruption. Those who oppressed our great nations since the 40s have run and fled from the light of God. The downhearted and hurried masses of the world brought them to rot. Today, on this most glorious day, we, the people of Mysore, liberated ourselves and nothing shall take that away from us. I wish to thank you, the people of Mysore, I wish to thank the Allied Forces. The American, British, Hanthawaddie, and Canadian Servicemen and women who laid their lives down so that we may be free here today. Anti-American and anti-Commonwealth sentiments are at an all-time high.
