Also this is the translation of Foredeland comment for transparency on the rmb. This service is coin operated.

Many have complained to the LGU before. I wish all of these are just hearsay but from my observations it seems they have replaced the league for gay pageants, that's what they did last year, and supposedly this year. What I'm just surprised is that they still have volleyball as a sport, they just like replaced basketball with gay pageants because that's all I heard but our captain's claim is that he sees a lot of gays (or gays) in our barangay.

It really seems impossible I know, tl;dr many complained about this, and frankly I don't think our Brgy. Chairman will do something about that because he sold the potential lot for a new barangay hall to a goddamn factory and guess what? That factory made our flood problems worse. Even the SK itself will take action. He doesn't care about the problem here.

As for your last statement, I did say private schools still host basketball championships in our respective barangays but I personally find it less amusing because the students are more toxic when they play than the people you know because they are your neighbors or you always see hanging out at the store. So while there is no league in our barangay, there are still basketball cups.

One day they win a comissioner election, use Europe's governmental process and legal framework to dismantle what value this region has. Maybe a decade later, but it will happen once we got old and leave Nationstates, if we not care. It is not out of the possibility.

3. So what you are trying to classify here? My belief or D.E.s? There is inner organisation democracy, but outside the D.E. there is still Europe, Europe's government and there are laws just like how it is at this moment. Since D.E. promises to act legal boundaries, democracy outside the organisation relies on the government's and people's will. (Due to Nationstates mechanics, admin of region etc.). D.E. tries to challange status quo and advocates using all legal actions to change legal framework, favoring the people. And most importantly, D.E. is a bullwark againist anti-democratic elements by its definition.

4. Oh, so if you establish party and declear by your own, at first point, of course it will be by only me. So there is an interesting technicality here: I have my own personal belief and there is official declearations, announcements of D.E. I believe it is hard for you to see this difference, I don't blame you. Because in one-person organisations line between personal and collective blurs, that is why my first priority was to make a congress to elect people for positions and have different voices in the D.E.

5. Good.

6. I've got news for you: Wanting to stop regressionist movements via staying legal boundaries exactly what libertarian left do.

However, certainly, more people into the D.E. we will have more approaches to discuss. One may argue my personal approach is wrong. And that is exactly how "united front" works. I believe we must protect our values. But by what methods? To me, it is not wrong to take voting right from someone who openly opposes democratic ideals, in real life. In Nationstates, someone logs in tries to talk about most bizzare things. Like joining this region to just randomly telling "Jesus loves even though you are sinsfull" is just a thing to bother people, not conduct any debate. Well, why we are tolerating such things? One can come, push a thoughtful debate about anything, but if it is throwing slogans randomly like that, I see no reason in giving right to allow users to speak like that.

Ah, the irony.

This is the exact thing what is happening in the Europe's RMB right now. Se Bathera ? Now I just don't have single clue what this guy is trying to do. Annoy me? Perhaps it is, because out of all long posts, this person specifically choosen this for a reason.

In another news...

It is with great pleasure to announce that Syrian's Dictator Bashar al-Assad has fallen in the early hours of December 8th, 2024.
A dictatorship has fallen, and Russia couldn't do anything. The ties are turning around!

Long live a New Syria!

Good riddance indeed.

But as a Turk, I advice people here to don't expect so much out of this. After all we are talking about Middleeast. (Certainly Turkey is also in).

Now what's going to happen? Oh, US Eagle is looking for new "interests" Israel might be involve, our government is having fun with Middleeastern adventures (while wasting resources and sending our soldiers to death) and what about Iran?

Foredeland wrote:Translations are a bit inaccurate but it should do, it somewhat conveys what I wanted to say anyway.

In this day and age every service has gone down the bog, translation might as well be the same. It’s all this deregulation you see, if we don’t keep an eye on our services soon we won’t know our cantonese from our catolan. Cryin shame that.

Vurk wrote:Now what's going to happen? Oh, US Eagle is looking for new "interests" Israel might be involve, our government is having fun with Middleeastern adventures (while wasting resources and sending our soldiers to death) and what about Iran?

The US already stated that it is not going to intervene, as well President-Elected Trump reaffirm that.

If Turkey doesn't back down from Syria, the US could put sanctions on the nation, since there are still military bases in Syria that belongs to the US.

Iran will probably just retreat, since they lost another ally in the region.

NorthPortugal wrote:Long live a New Syria!

One terrorist group couped the other terrorist group. I wouldn’t go with such pretentious new Syria stuff yet. Backing Vurk up here: it’s the Middle East and this country is far from the end of the big suffer, sadly

As for Russia, Putin has lost interest in Syria long time ago as the weapons he wanted to test have been tested there. He’s got the new toy war now. Idk why he was backing and welcoming Assad this many times lately

If reports weren’t true (about possible Assad aircraft crush), I wouldn’t be surprised if this dictator will be hiding under another dictator’s roof

Einswenn wrote:If reports weren’t true (about possible Assad aircraft crush), I wouldn’t be surprised if this dictator will be hiding under another dictator’s roof

From what I heard, Assad is in Dubai

NorthPortugal wrote:From what I heard, Assad is in Dubai

The news mention too many locations xD that’s why I don’t follow live news since all media hunt for the hype and don’t always check their info and sources

It is now imperative that the democratic elements of the resistance gain the upper hand to ensure a freer Syria rather than that the Islamist elements gain the higher ground. Of course, that is highly unlikely, but rather great improvement than only regular/slight improvement

Not only, but if Assad is still alive, then it would be a good idea to drag him to Den Haag for a trial as well

1. Yes, and the supply will never be cut off entirely, no matter how much you try. The only way for it to be entirely cut off is if we passworded the region, for which there is zero need. Other regions also have supplies of this entering and leaving at any given moment, and they do the same that we do: mitigate it, because that's the best you can do in such a situation. Thinking you can actually cut off the supply in its entirety reeks of naivety

2. Bait used to be believable... Most of these so-called "regressionists" you are talking about are too stupid to survive for longer than a week in this region, let alone build up enough clout to overthrow our entire regional structure. The only ones who could even remotely come close would be those who started out as an average regional citizen (firmly leftist) and slowly shifted to the right during their stays here (for which I can only think of one person and even they shot themselves in the feet so many times in the open that they got banned). Not only, but you also assume that the elites of this region would ever allow someone further right of centre to ever get clout? Right, most of the people who are big here are leftist, as you already know (I assume), and only a handful (such as myself) are centrist or rightist. Most, if not all, of the elite would never support a "regressionist" to enter the commission/delegacy and would drop support or not support them at all to begin with, so that's already a handicap. Then you have the apathetic majority of Europe who mostly don't bother getting involved with day-to-day activities here, so that's also a loss of support. Then, the other factor for why your scenario would never happen is partly what I mentioned earlier: there are not enough "regressionists" for this to ever happen. You would never see a so-called "regressionist" enter the commission (or at least, not without a major fight) and certainly not have the entire three-man crew be "regressionists". Don't even get me started on the delegacy and the cabinet positions lmao...

3. I won't comment on the workings of your party, however, I will comment about you talking about challenging the status quo. For a region that is 99% woke the people here are largely conservative in terms of regional legislation. Only a few changes here and there are wished, but nothing massive is desired by the citizenry of this region, and that is not even to mention the stonewalling you would occasionally have to deal with in regards to getting the cabinet on board (as many commissioners of the past have had to deal with from time to time)

4. No comment, your party's workings are not my problem

5. Not relevant in this comment

6. Libertarians don't give a f*ck about laws and rules! That's the whole f*cking point of libertarianism lmao. Trust me, I used to be one in the past, you wanting to you legal frameworks to strengthen the government's grip on daily life in this region is something that would make the average libertarian vomit

Kid, you are clearly very passionate about this and that is fine, but a few things:
1. You are perhaps too ambitious with this. I saw the dispatch of your party and saw that you made an entire structure of about 2 dozen people, which not even the biggest parties of this region (both now and in the past) would ever reach
2. The ideals you espouse are already espoused by most relevant parties in this region, to varying degrees
3. You speak about these so-called "regressionists" like a conspiracy theorist would talk about the deep state, to be very honest with you

Hi Europe :D

First of all, I didn't like how you write Holy amounts of yap instead of something normal like snip. What can I do about it, one may say. Well, I will do, just like this:

Helisweerde wrote:Unholy amounts of yap

Happy now? Anyways;

1. Oh, naive... Then let's put up a password, shall we? What is the obstacle if we can legally enact that, if it is going to be approved? And I remember talking about this topic, as far as I remember, (before I even joined to the Nationstates) Europe was going to close its border and recruit people via telegram recruitment only. Or at least, this was one of offers.

2. Yes, we have big players, setting back those right-wings. But there is also other aspect: No one is guaranteed to stay in Nationstates. If I die, what is likely to happen my nation and dispatches? Big question mark right there. Things I "yapped" (you refer like that, yeah?) is about long-term goals.

3. Challange is already accepted.

4-5. Aight.

6. We run into terminological differences here. Probably, "liberal left" I should use, instead of "libertarian left". I don't know what to say about that, put it is hard to construct all things solo. Definetly we will need someone more qualified in the terminology. However, as far as I checked now, democratic left (not libertarian) would fit more. After all, D.E. is not about dismanteling all rules at once, but changing them accordingly.

Don't call me kid, do you know my age? Or, at least I don't know how old are you. I guess, it is not like a compassionate mark sometimes our grandparents tell, but to provoke me. So I will have to recommend you to change your tone.
1. I am alone, too ambitious with this. However, with handful of people I eventually find, we are not. Goal is long term, not gather dozens of people at once.
2. Great, we will cooperate with them.
3. Indeed, that may give that feeling. You still referred thins I typed as "yappin" however at least there was a debate, discussion etc. but that post was the exactly what these silent-regressionist would do. I don't know about that person, but it matches with the measures I put. There are these type of people, who are into just annoy others they don't agree because when they open their mouth, they get banned. So they turn into more indirect approaches.

I chose you because you were the first post I saw. What I was trying to do was satirize this rmb, specifically the fact that everyone here writes and posts essays instead of messages.

Alrighty fellas what's going on here?

Many people have already complained to the LGU bro. I wish all of these are just hearsay but from my observations it really seems as if the basketball league is being replaced for gay pageants, that's what they did last year, and supposedly this year. What I'm questioning, however, is that they still have volleyball as a sport, they just like replaced basketball with gay pageants. This is just what I've been hearing but the claim of our barangay captain is that they see a lot of gay people in our barangay.

It really seems impossible I know, tl;dr many complained about this, and frankly I don't think our barangay chairman will do something about that because he sold the potential lot for a new barangay hall to a goddamn factory, and guess what? That factory made our flood problems worse. Even the Sangguniang Kabataan [TL Note: equivalent to a local council composed of teenagers, very hard to succinctly explain] themselves will reportedly take action on this. The barangay chairman acts as if our problems are irrelevant to themselves.

In your last statement, I did say private schools still host basketball championships in our respective barangays, but I personally find it less amusing because the students are more toxic when they're playing as compared to the people you actually know because you've been neighbours or you always see them staying/loitering at the stores. So, while there is no more basketball league in our barangay, there still are basketball cups.

[TL Note: One feature of Tagalog is that it's completely gender neutral, apart from foreign influence from Spanish, hence my usage of them/themselves rather than having a set gender]

Very interesting, but again, this is completely anecdotal and I find it hard to trust the statement of an essential stranger on the interwebs. Regardless, presuming what you say is true, I think the complaints are valid but very poorly worded. I understand because language barriers are very much a real problem, but we could benefit from less hostile (?) language use in contexts like these.

Great!.. Or not so great... I am not sure.

But note that, we are not posting essays all the time. And call that as an essay? Oh, just check out some other regions, you will be suprised how they manage their RMBs and how "long" their posts.

Check out Forest, for example.

1. Passwording the region is something that is highly opposed by pretty much everyone here. How do I know? Simple, I used to support this too and I pitched the idea a few times and the reactions were the same every time. After a few years I wised up and this became a stoodpoint. No proposal to password Europe is to be taken seriously, we are a large region that has become powerful thanks to our open borders and the current framework we have in place has kept us safe for 99% of times

2. For that we can take a look at the past. Many big names have also gone inactive/CTE'd, and yet here we are, in a region that has swung even further to the left. It was already somewhat leftist in the past (many years ago) and it only went further left. Other regions same story. The crop of newcomers that has come in and stayed here to become relevant is also by en large leftist as well, thanks to what I mentioned earlier

3. N.a.

6. Yes, democratic left would be a better term, but it would still put you in the authleft zone

I'm being snarky because you are talking out of your ass, that's why. Not only, but because I have been here since 2018 under various accounts, so I know (for the most part) what is and isn't possible here

1.1. Good luck in that case. You can make it work if you advertise your party more, but a small warning, it will likely be drowned out by other, bigger parties

1.2. Same story as in 1.1.

1.3. If that is what you would consider a "regressionist" then I am sorry, but I take you even less seriously now. Sure, that person could've made a better response to your message but if that is supposed to be an existential threat to our region then my God we are a very priviliged and lucky region

Dear The New Nordic Union, here is the post. And before any editing, I've taken the screenshot, if need. I can't reach the Eurocord, but I will be really glad if you put this to there. I am complaining about this post, marking it as "flaming".

Also, as you can clearly see, I've warned Helisweerde about the tone. As you can clearly see in the priveous post where I interacted wit Helisweerde.
