How to Acquire Citizenship in Declansburg
Membership in the regional assembly is encouraged but not required in Declansburg. Full registered citizen nations of Declansburg or Pelican are considered member states and enjoy voting status in the Declansburg Assembly, placement on regional maps, and eligibility for public office.
Here's how your nation can become a member state of Declansburg in two simple steps:
1.) Join the World Assembly
World Assembly (WA) membership is required for membership in Declansburg's regional assembly. WA status helps regional officials verify your nation, and allows fairness in our regional votes.

2.) Endorse New Bradfordsburg, Declansburg's Elected Delegate WA Delegate
Declansburg is served by an elected Prime Minister who also represents the region as WA Delegate in the World Assembly. All World Assembly nations in Declansburg should endorse the elected delegate, which is currently Vobron. Endorsements can be completed by visiting the page of another nation in the World Assembly and selecting the "Endorse" option below their national summary.
3.) Register On Our Offsite Forums & Join Our Discord
The Declansburg Assembly conducts all official business on the region's offsite forums. We also conduct most of our RP on Discord. Registration on our offsite forums, coupled with membership in our Discord server (

Lỷderis Issues Statement in Support of Staidear's Sec. General Campaign
The Lỷderis has issued a statement in support of Staidear's Sec. General campaign, stating that while Staidear and the Evergreen Republic may commonly be adversaries, "the Evergreen Republic has always felt listened to with Staidear at the table." He commended the Staidish military for commonly conducting military operations without causing harm to civilians, stating that this fact is something the RAF "highly respects." He said the record of Staidear is one of stability and said the Verity has conducted herself as a stateswoman, with honor and respect for the customs of the region.

President Pham Quan Khanh is Welcomed to Vobron/Vobron Celebrates First Foreign Visit to the Nation Since the Unity War

This weekend, President Pham Quan Khanh, the leader of the Liberal Socialist Republic of Vietnam, visited Vobron on an official state/diplomatic visit. This is the first time a foreign head of state has visited the country since the Unity War and many Vobronians warmly welcomed the President, embued with a sense of national pride of the progress made since the ceasefire.
The trip began at the Nouveau Zargos International Airport (NZA) , where Arbiter Ile Leznik himself was waiting to greet the President. After being escorted off the plane and arriving in the cordoned off gate at the busy airport the two leaders shook hands and exchanged greetings. After the two greeted eachother, the Arbiter produced several diplomatic gifts for the President, included in this gift were, several bottles of Vobronian Gin (a Vobronian delicacy), a Vobronian-Deco styled tea set and several Vobronian teas sourced from the nation's southern provinces, Vobronian seafood including widely popular Stone Crab, and several marble statuettes of common Vobronian fauna (marble is large export of Vobron).
Followng the initial meeting at the airport, Arbiter Leznik and President Khanh departed for Nouveau Zargos itself, where the Arbiter gave the President a personal tour of some of the cities great landmarks and historical sites, ending at the location where the LSR of Vietnam's embassy would be located, on Novueau Zargos' diplomatic row. The two gave a joint press conference at the location, discussing the two nation's future partnership.
On the next day, the President was taken to several of the major battlesites of the Vobronian Unity War. The Arbiter discussed the "Vobronian Unity Restoriaton" project, where major battlefields of the war are being restored in order to become military parks and monuments to the sacrifices made to the people of United Vobronia, who laid down their lives for the Vobronian dream of unity and peace. This was followed by another press conference held by the two leaders and a subsequent photo opportunity for the press.
After the President had left Vobron, the Arbiter said the state visit was a "rousing success" and that "he would return the favor if the gracious citizens of the LSR of Vietnam would welcome him".
