So, it looks as though most of the goals are being accomplished. I would say new nations should either stay to help the region grow, or if they are unwilling to do so, then move to an older more active region. Personally, I don't like the big regions where you reply to a message on the RMB but it becomes lost in pages and pages of drivel.
