Region now password protect to ensure the safety of the countless hours of work that was put into this region. She will now serve as a sort of museum. If you used to reside here TG me and I’ll send the password (I’ll know if you’re lying there will be trivia to make sure you’re actually one of us)
Anterior prime and Borysovs Troepen
This is an official message from Strijdkrachten van Grachevia:
Have you wondered what happened to this region that caused it to become password-protected? It's because of a blunder by Grachevia that aimed to peacfully take control of Citreon and rejuvenate the region. Obviously, this did not happen, but you can read about what went wrong in Issue #2 of Publicatieblad van het Gemenebest, The Official Government Gazette of The Commonwealth of Grachevia.
Greetings and welcome to the second edition of Publicatieblad van het Gemenebest, The Official Government Gazette of The Commonwealth of Grachevia. This publication is intended to highlight the national and regional strategy of Grachevia.
Affair #1: Regional and Inter-Regional Politics
Grachevia has been very active in international affairs since the last edition of the gazette. After serving a term as Prime Minister and running for two more terms, the Grachevian people take pride in the nation's regional accomplishments. Additionally, Grachevia officially launched the Festa Party, marking the end of non-partisan politics in the Conch Kingdom. The purpose of this party is to simplify governance by promoting regionalism, enhancing collaboration between ministries, and consolidating power to ensure that more initiatives are implemented to improve the lives of residents in the Conch Kingdom. While this approach may be seen as controversial, it was deemed necessary by top Grachevian political strategists and officials based on lessons learned from Grachevia's first term as Prime Minister.
Affair #2: The regime's goals
Prime Minister Radenko Medved and Mayor Čedomir Tomić of Pudovkin City, the largest city in the nation, have expressed interest in bidding to host the next edition of the Conch Games. Medved, however, made one thing very clear, "We request that the Conch Kingdom's Minister of Domestic Affairs initiate a formal bidding process for the games. Additionally, we recommend the development of an official logo and brand kit by a highly skilled graphic designer. It is crucial that we do not host an event of this magnitude if it could potentially harm Grachevia's international reputation, as that would undermine the very purpose of hosting the games."
In addition to this, Mr. Medved expressed the importance of improving international ties to ensure the games are a success, no matter the host nation.
Affair #3: Foreign Aid
Grachevia initiated an operation to save the region of Citreon, a place it had long admired but which had become largely abandoned, with only one inactive nation remaining. According to the government's plans, we aimed to legally take control of the region and password-protect it until renovations were complete. Once the renovations were finished, we intended to launch a mass recruitment campaign to attract residents to the region and build the population necessary to hold an election. However, the operation ultimately failed to achieve its objectives.
Military leaders, who sent the forces of Borysovs Troepen and Sol Leste do Mar to assist Grachevian ally Entenanarchie with the temporary administration of the region, failed to realize that this operation would be perceived by the international community as a raid. This oversight led to a defensive operation led by Valyrian Dragonrider II and others from the jump region of Artificial Solar System, which resulted in the banning of Sol Leste do Mar and Entenanarchie from the region. Consequently, this foiled any legal means for Grachevia to take control and save the region. The region is now password-protected by Patec, one of the remaining leaders of Citreon, who currently resides in Anteria.
The participants in the defence operation are yet to provide comments on the issue.
Here's what Prime Minister Medved had to say on the issue:
"What transpired in Citreon is fundamentally unacceptable on all fronts. This operation stands as one of the most poorly conceived actions in our nation's history. The Bureau of Foreign Interference and the Strijdkrachten van Grachevia must reflect on their shortcomings in this matter. Let us acknowledge the undeniable truth: our noble plans to provide Grachevian Aid to regions that need it most have encountered formidable obstacles, and as a result, our esteemed international reputation has faced a grave and unyielding setback. It is imperative that we take swift and responsible measures to not only restore our standing in the world order but ensure it becomes better than it was. I would also like to extend my heartfelt apology to Patec for the confusion and lack of communication in the matter."
That is all for this edition. The government would like to thank you for your readership of this publication.
