Wisteria and Surrounding Territories has a lot of connections across the NS multiverse, more than it seems (to me, at least). The alliance will soon be quite larger.
Having a n-day group comprised of alt regions still makes no sense to me.
You're missing the point completely. There's 2 months left until N-day. That's PLENTY of time to recruit other regions.
Besides, we're already talking with at least ten different regions about it. You're just seeing the very beginning of it. Of course the first regions in the dispatch are all the regions Wisteria has control over, because when you make the initial dispatch you already have these regions to add.
