IC: The Hyperborean Representative standing in for Kaiser Odinson in the assembly sits thinking to himself what he wants to have for lunch; "Do I want the BLT or the turkey club?" he thinks to himself before he sees Chairman Lao throw the tomato at which he signals to the sergeant at arms to take the Chairman Lao and the Submettan representative to separate rooms for them to calm down. He also tells them to confiscate any remaining produce from the assembly chambers. He also calls the janitorial staff to help clean up the Submettan representative.

"Greetings fellow Barbarians. I am Sir Manson Meliodis, a retired security advisor for the Tritran government. I have been endorsed by President Ion himself to fill this position, less forwardly, run for office.

While the need for regional defense as significantly decreased since our last blow over with another region, we have been for the most part, peaceful. I wish to carry the peace into the next term, and see to it that Barbaria remains strong against the tides of foreign belligerence and troubles."

The Tritran candidate aims with a thumbs up for his slogan, "Lets carry on!"

SIC: The Emperor and Empress were escorted from Rehones International Airport, to the personal residence of the King and the First Family. Known as Krueger Estate. As the day progresses, they are serviced foodstuffs and alcohol for their time, by the black servants that work in the mansion. The party was escorted to the main ballroom from the living-space. There, those in consorts and dresses dance with the symphony of the music. The theme of the room is monochromatic, with bold red contrasting artwork. It was as if this party was stuck in the twilight zone. Some parts of the ballroom would become sinister, with those partaking in the party too much can be seen public showing their 'love'. Those indulged in the foodstuffs and booze found themselves making scenes of comedy and self pity. Women can be heard crying in the backroom, and suddenly party clowns doored in black garments begin prancing throughout the room, providing a show for the guests, although it is horridly creepy and unsettling. Their laughs chase your mind around and question your sanity.

Dizzy and disoriented, the two are swiped up by the King, who finds them a haven from the uncomfortable atmosphere. The King though, is unfazed by the ordeals outside his personal room. He offers the couple refreshments and ambient music in the background.

"I apologize, sometimes my parties can get a bit too 'carried away', sort of speak - besides that, what have you say in possibly merging our two countries closer together - I propose a trade agreement and maybe a mutual defense treaty. I will be frank and tell you that we do have a lot to offer, market wise. We are a rapidly growing economy in the new continent, and we're exploiting everything we can to boost our economy before this war ends. Most of my Lords wouldn't be so happy opening our markets to early in the game, but we need the room to compete. If we can partner with you, and create a founding trust - we can mend a bridge between the two worlds, and restore what influence Hedra lost in its late colonial age. I say we take back the continent, and restore our colonial empires to their fullest potential.

I have in mind a few obstacles that we also need to address here..."

SIC: The Imperial couple watch the events that they are led through.

“Reminds me of an indoor carnival in the old slums.” Cerelle whispers to Tybolt.

They greet the King as they finally meet him after going through his party.

“It is nice to meet you sir, quite a party you have going on here but if you wanted a party, in Hedra, this could be easily arranged.” Tybolt says. “Now, I am usually interested in trading and new alliances with nations which I can trust. The question now is: can Hedra trust you? Kelvenir and Kazakborat

SIC: Somewhere in the outskirts of the Kazak steppe, lies a fortified structure, huddled into an old fallout shelter. In the center most part of the structure, is the main chamber that acts as the living quarters for its hibernation devices. Out from behind the darkness approaches the figure of a man, without showing his face, he speaks to his comrades near and around the country, through a secured broadcasting channel. For ten minutes, this advertisement is played throughout the world, reaching every television set in every nation. Disclosed, and untraceable.

IC: "Comrades of the World. I speak to you briefly, so hear my voice before it is suppressed. Listen to my message, and understand what I am about to tell you. The world is changing, and not for the better. Fascists are emerging once again, the war is ravaging the global economy, and the dawn of capitalism is fading. It will only be a matter of time before everything collapses, unless we, the workers of the world, stop it before it can do any further damage. Let us all come together, and rebuild the world, so we don't have to worry about starting over. The age of man is over, but the time of machine is coming. Let us adapt, and let us overcome. We will survive, but only altogether can our efforts be collectively accomplished.

Even if what I said may not come to fruition, we all know that the Kaiser of the Hyperborean Empire possesses weapons to reset the international stage, even if it means the destruction of the entire planet. That tells me that we, the rest of the world, have one common enemy - the very power that aims to destroy everything for their benefit. They claim the lives that socialism inflicted, but likewise capitalism isn't innocent to its blunders. Ironic, really. That is why I will be the first to announce my campaign to spread the workers' revolution, first by establishing a socialist state in Kazakborat. Within days, the Red March will commence, and thus initiates the first of a new age, beginning with the civil war in Kazaborat.

WORKERS OF THE WORLD UNITE!"

- Thus beginning the Kazakborat Civil War

With that they piece together that their orders are to try and work their way around back to the group. They begin their trek through the city in all its chaos. They have to be very careful as they are two soldiers without any backup in a city on fire. Enemies could lurk around every corner and many streets are blocked by obstacles and debris making the city an even worse maze then it already is.

They make their way through the city streets and alleyways sticking close to storefronts and doorways for cover as they do. In some cases they have to walk through whole buildings because of roads being blocked. The journey is long as they must be cautious so that they can stay alive yet part of Reed and Eckhart screams for them to throw caution to the wind and run out in the open because it would be faster to get back to their brothers in arms. But their training tells them to suppress this urge.

IC: Unexpected Rescue

While Reed and Eckhart make their way through the city streets which are eerily empty in most instances they hear the sound of vehicles rapidly approaching and so they quickly rush for cover and rightfully so as the vehicles quickly turn down the street Reed and Eckhart are on and stop with several Muan soldiers hopping out who begin to patrol the area.

Reed and Eckhart are crouched, huddled in the entryway of a storefront just down the street from the patrolling Muan soldiers. Knowing that they are going to need a better hiding spot before the Muan soldiers get too close and see them Reed and Eckhart begin to slowly creep back through the door of the store when suddenly a bell hanging in front of the door rings as they open the door. The ringing of the bell alerts the Muan soldiers who rush down the street and begin openning fire. Reed and Eckhart, their cover blown, dive into the store where they take cover behind the low wall below the large display window. The display window shatters from the gunfire of the Muan soldiers who spray the front of the store with bullets. Reed and Eckhart shoot back at the Muans but they are outmanned, outgunned, and pinned down.

The two of them radio for help but there is some kind of interference. The firefight rages on as the Muans fire at the storefront but Reed and Eckhart are effective enough on their own to keep the Muans from storming the building. However every few minutes the Muans slowly move forward each time Reed or Eckhart has to reload the Muans inch closer waiting for the opportunity to overwhelm the two of them. The situation seems hopeless for the two soldiers of the Hyperborean Foreign Legion.

Three of the Muan soldiers stand out in the street in front of the store just dumping mags of ammo into the storefront and Reed and Eckhart feel desperation slowly creeping up on them when suddenly they can barely hear through the gunfire something approaching off in the distance getting closer and louder.

Then suddenly a small, subcompact car drifts around the corner at the far end of the street from the same direction the Muans came from. Tires screeching, the small, heavily dented car, rockets down the street with its radio blasting.

Song on the radio: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRva0YOVtcI

The subcompact speeds down the road slamming into the three Muan soldiers standing out in the street shooting into the storefront before stopping abruptly in front of the store. The passengerside door of the tiny car flies open and the horn starts blaring when suddenly Reed and Eckhart hear a voice yelling, calling for them.

"GET IN LOSERS! WE'RE GETTIN OUTTA HERE!"

The voice is vaguely familiar to Reed and Eckhart who blindly follow its instruction hopping over the low wall through the now non-existent display window before running across the sidewalk onto the street and diving into the small car. After their dive into the car the tires squeal as it pulls away from the scene before Reed and Eckhart even have a chance to close the doors.

The surviving Muans are busy helping their wounded trying to get back in their vehicle to pursue but they are just too slow. However they radio out the direction the fleeing Hyperboreans were seen going.

"Boy am I glad to see you guys. I've been driving around lost in this town all day looking for some friendly faces." The driver remarks.

Reed and Eckhart get themselves properly seated in the car, well as best they can wearing power armor in a subcompact, and try and get a good look at their rescuer. Looking over their driver and rescuer they know this person is Hyperborean as they wear standard issue power armor like their own but this person's armor is dented and dinged and covered in scratches, blast marks, scorch marks, and signs of bullet impacts among other things. It's some of the most worn power armor they've seen in their short careers and what's even more surprising is just how fresh all this wear and tear appears to be. As the Hedran and Volohkian look over their savior the computer built into their power armor quickly identifies just who this person is... The name pops up and flashes onto the heads up display of their helmet visor... It's none other than Kaiser Thor Odinson...

SIC: "No worries, people often mistake what kind of monarch I am. I would advise you to not try to conquer Zothique as it would lead to war not only with the Zothiqueans but with Hyperborea, Rodinia and Barbaria as well. Well there is no need for you to give me any piece of land but I am open to trade. Hedra can offer you the usual things we offer, agricultural and dairy goods as well as technological devices and in exchange you can offer automobiles, minerals, and furniture. I would love to stay for the party but I would prefer to do something outdoors with my wife if you don’t mind. Now, what do you say?” Tybolt says.

IC: The Eastern Advance

Prior to the first advance from the West, the secret leader has assembled his resources to push the great offense against the Tsarists - those loyal to the Tsar and the present regime. After his broadcast around the globe, he reveals his identity to his followers, and the world. In a promotional video, depicting the socialists' march, standing before a makeshift podium, with the Kazaki socialist banner, and a few guards.

"I will no longer hide in the shadows, and so those viewing will witness my ascension." the silhouette fades into a standing man, tan in complexion, with a thick, jet-black chevron mustache. "Yes, it is I...Mr. Minski!" he praises as he salutes to the audience.

Mr. Minski pulls out a picture of the Kaiser of the Hyperborean Empire of Vostag. It has a drawn in toothbrush mustache, thick eyebrows, a top hat, and a lollipop. "I let my child draw on this picture, and now I burn it. HA!" the mad man flicks his lighter, and smolders the odd picture. "I sent him fan mail one time, and he never responded, he broke my heart!" he begins to solemnly moan.

"Anyways...He's trying to topple the Peoples' will, brainwashing his citizens, and peoples abroad. They censor, oppress, and repress true equality, the message of socialism, and the tranquility of those who spend their hours making the fat cats money while they sit on their arses, eating while its people starve. The Kaiser makes socialism look bad, but really it is all for perspective. I plead to Hyperboreans, and everyone abroad to not listen to him, and instead listen to yourself and your instincts, tell me what is right! Join me, join the revolutions!"

"After receiving funds from 'donators', I can now liberate the People, and then so on!"

Mr. Minski posts a picture of him burning an effigy of the Kaiser, using the #EvilEmperor trend on his instagram account.

Meanwhile, five brigades of the new Kazaki Peoples' Front, are inbound, Eastward.
