Recently, local laws, almost forgotten, have been repealed due to most of them having an "outright ridiculous nature" such as one village banning chewing gum on sundays (reason is forgotten), and another village banning the selling of silly string to those under 10

It's giving "it is illegal to kill a housefly within 160 feet of a church without a license" (this is an actual law in Ohio)

Yeah, searched up actual laws in existence, and decided to but a spin on it.

Zelenorossiyan Messanger
Printed on July 26th, 2094

Triumph amidst defeat!
Today, on the 26th of July, a week after the 5th Armoured Corps begun their offensive, the Zelenorossiyan flag now proudly waves on top of the Lugansk City Hall. The bold and unexpected offensive, led by Major General William's 5th Armoured Corps, has caught the Coalition's poorly guarded Eastern flank off guard, and has sown chaos amidst their ranks.
The people of Lugansk hail our troops as liberators, and spontaneous celebrations has burst out on the city streets. The people of Ukraine have long suffered from the undemocratic and tyrannical pro-Coalition government, and it is our duty to liberate the people of Ukraine and bring them true democracy.
Our cause is just and victory will be ours.
Long live Zelenorossiya!

Heya folks. Gonna get around to endorsing a few people today.
