DECLARING the liberation of this region at last, as policy goal of the united forces of the Confederacy of Free Lands, the Union of Religious Nations, the Riskivilisation Union, the World Decolonisation Hub, the North African Arab Revolutionaries, and all friends of the working class,
CONDEMNING the sordid past of this region and in particular its former founder and one inhabitant, whose wrongdoings are not only plain to see in mere interaction, but are documented in the Regional Message Board of the Confederacy of Free Lands, most egregiously on Page 702, line 4 and below,
WE HEREBY CELEBRATE a brand new beginning for the Arcturus Council, and inaugurate a brand new era of liberation, peace, dignity, and restoration. May the name of Arcturus shine as brightly as the star, and may this region work towards the goals we all must strive for in order to progress towards a better life for ALL, not simply the wealthy.
How excellent that I return to this region at last as a liberator.
We will be dispatching a group of specialists to study the region's geography, its forests, hills, mountains, etc.
