🔴 DIRECT : In an emergency plenary session on 16 April 2023, The Council of the Union of Nova Universo passed the 2023 105 Reorganisation Order (Institutions and Agencies). This order replaces the present organisational structure of the Union with a 'streamlined and effective framework that will ensure operations and policy efficiency'. In view of this reorganisation, there will be a winding-down and shut-down of the present Union as it reforms itself to comply with Order 105. Functions will be dispersed to the members of the Union while its headquarters are being reformed and renovated.
Starting tomorrow morning, 06:00 AM UTC 17 April 2023, the headquarters of the Union will temporarily pause its functions and services. All present functions will be taken care of by the member nations of the Union. All national and organisational missions with the Union are encouraged to remain in the Free City and to await for further statements from the Union.
