Nobody who lost a War is Happy they Lost the War.
for example I do not Believe for a Second that any German (who isn't Self Hating) is Happy that Germany Lost WW1 & WW2 Regardless of the Holocaust, they are just not allowed to say anything.

Nah, I’m happy the South lost, as are most Germans about Germany losing.
