The second the ships dropped out of Hyperspace i gave the order for 4 Basestars to engage the ships with Raiders being deployed. I had decided they were of little threat to our forces, that being said stopping them from calling in other reinforcements would be a benefit for the resource ships that were now on their second run.
As i watched the view screen a message was played on all channels “This is the captain Sven Krast of the ISS revenger of the Expeditionary Defense Force seize all the actions you have breached Inwitt territory halt your actions and leave immediately within 1 hour or prepare for initiation you have violated Inwitt sovereignty leave now” I thought for a moment and then opened a channel of my own "Inwitt ships stand down and surrender and we will let you live"
Reports of the Inwitt had indicated that they were a warrior race and offering them the chance to surrender would be tantamount to calling them a coward. It would likely gould them into battle rather than make them run away. As i watched the hundreds of fighters from the 4 basestars started to be deployed towards the hostiles.
