And yes, I assumed so, I just thought there was some untold limit, would make sense to have one. I remember early on chicken overlords got in trouble from the NS mods for "spamming regional happenings pages" (for moving a ton of nations really fast) Which I think was them trying to get them to stop creating a million puppets. I mean all the nation info these nations have must take up quite a bit of space... Or maybe not, idk, but eventually it'll take up a lot of space.
