People of the NSUK, by the grace of almighty God, I have returned.

It's been a little over two months since I left. And in that time, I have had enough time to cool off and relax after the whole debacle with Alvodania.

Since my departure, I've been stealing glances here and there, seeing if any progress on the RP has been made or not, and unfortunately, even with my absence, It would appear that nothing has moved forward. Not an inch of progress has been made. Which I feared would occur as I was pretty much the sole nation attempting to drive ideas to the RP council rather than senselessly debating every minute detail of reform into oblivion.

That may come off as arrogant or pissy, but eh, sorry, not sorry; it's simply the hard truth of the matter.

After nearly three entire months of debating, the RP council has failed in its objective of attempting to reform the RP. These last 3 months have seen next to no improvement in the situation.

So, with that being said, it would appear that in order to revitalize the state of the RP, a new council must be created, one that is much more agreeable with one another. One that isn't going to fight over every single small detail, and one that will actually present a unified list of changes to the UK government. For this new council, I would like to refer to the following nations,

If there are any other interested parties, please feel free to reach out to me. Now, I'm not gonna create a new region like last time, because it would appear that most people just didn't bother with it, so this time, let us try and just simply discuss these issues in the NSUK region and hammer this out once and for all.

It has been nearly 100 days since I wrote out my list of reforms, and since then, no one has tried to create a new one, I suggest we get to working on that right away.

Let us all give this one last push. If this fails, well, then we will have tried everything.

At 9:44 AM - 11:53 AM, Vallenalt annexes Harper, and Harper claims the bay of Harper aswell.

A few weeks earlier, on May 4th, Harper declared independence from the USSR.

On June 5th, 1980, Harper officaly joins Vallenalt as the 12th state.

Here's my question. How did the USSR not annex them back? Was it the war between us? Or the Cold War? some mysteries stay mysteries, though.

Hello friends! December is a festive time of year in many countries, cultures, and religions, and we hope that if there's a holiday you celebrate this time of year, it's bringing you joy. Recently we asked all of you whether your nation celebrates Christmas, something else, nothing, or a combination thereof. Now, we'd like to hear more about your nation's culture!

United Kingdom is hosting a Holiday Traditions Contest! This contest is a chance for you to write a short dispatch about your nation's holiday traditions. Tell us what's special about your nation and the way you celebrate the holidays (or a lack thereof!) and you might just be crowned the winner!

Many people love to travel the world, hoping to find new experiences and learn more about unfamiliar cultures. As you describe your nation's holiday traditions, try to think about what will draw in the most tourists, pilgrims, obnoxious travel vloggers, etc. The winner of this contest will be decided by another regional poll, asking the question: "Which nation has the coolest holiday traditions?" The winner will be featured on the World Factbook Entry and announced for all to see!

This is a chance to show off your nation in all its glory!

So, how does the contest work?

► Create a short dispatch and link it in a telegram to UK Prime Minister.

3. Start writing about what holiday(s) your nation celebrates and the traditions that go with it!

► Then, we will hold a poll for the region to decide which proposal they like best. The winner will receive bragging rights and be recognised as United Kingdom's top holiday destination!

What are the rules?

► There is no minimum/maximum word limit, but please don't feel obligated to write an entire essay.

► You may include images in the dispatch to illustrate your nation's holiday traditions. (For example, holiday folk characters, famous festive landmarks, etc!)

What should your proposal include?

► Whatever you want! Whatever you think will persuade other nations that YOUR NATION has the COOLEST holiday traditions.

► What holiday do you celebrate? Christmas? Hanukkah? New Year's? All of the above? None of the above? A holiday unique to just your nation?

► Does the government of your nation get in on the fun, like how the King/Queen of the United Kingdom give a Christmas Speech?

► Are there any holiday-themed foods or dishes that your nation enjoys this time of year?

► Are children out of school? Are workplaces closed? Are there holiday-specific businesses like Spirit Halloween?

► Are there any legends or totally-true stories relevant to your holiday, like a red-nosed reindeer or the birth of Jesus?

► What's the weather like? Are we walking in a winter wonderland? Is Santa going surfing at the beach?

Kinda hard to say. I think it's just 'throw in a story and see if it seems to work'. The main year is 2200 from what i've seen and i'm on a random planet in another system, so i just throw in RP sometimes.
