0412 and 0812 Notice
0412:
Under deep cover over the past while we have push boundaries on what we are capable of developing and in pace for hyperspace routes. A new route from 0711 to 0412 has been created and actively used in secrecy by the Dark Empire of Whiskany. In this process we have transferred 11 battalions to the prime planet within the 0412 system to build a top secret state of the art forward operating military base. The base is fully operational with research labs, refineries, housing and more. The Darkin Base is fully self sustaining and so hidden that it cannot be picked up unless you are inside or standing on top of it. This system is now under full Whiskanian control, containing 5T and 2G, this system is now know as Toshinic.

Recognizing that having a hyper route pass through an uncontrolled system opens the door for intrusion by enemies of the Dark Empire and the UCP, Whiskany has actively worked to advert this by colonizing the 0812 system, 2T and 3G, naming it the Svolten System. This resource rich system will be the testing grounds for new resource recovery development.
Treaty Notice
A trade and aid treaty has been entered between Whiskany and the Warriors of Gol and hereby recognize the Warriors of Gol as a sovereign entity from the Gabios Federation. Whiskany will be actively aiding in their infrastructure development and building a Trade Route to them from the Dark Empire. In return, the Warriors of Gol agree to trade, military partnerships and surveillance of the Lacon Empire and Gabios Federation.
We cannot enter into individual agreements with nations of another region without that region's understanding and conclusion of a regional agreement.
Expansion Continues with Systems 1010 and 1210
The Histarctican Star Empire is in the midst of incorporating systems 1010 and 1210 under Confederate and Histarctican control. The operation is being carried out with strong support from Val-Itani Industries, which has provided advanced logistics and infrastructural resources for the project. Work is progressing rapidly, and the Imperial leadership has stated that these systems will soon be integral parts of the Holy Star Empire.
