I'm looking into the Delegate control panel now; I'll let you know what I find.

~FADM Leach

So: it looks like as an "executive Delegate" I still have all the usual controls, along with the option to change into a Frontier. What I can't do is appoint successors, so while DLN's out we still lack that backstop.

As far as The Vast is concerned, Gameplay-wise, nothing has changed.

Going back up through the messages, it's easier and simpler to annoy Naffi via Faceboom to revive DLN and appoint a successor than it is to use the new region mechanics.

Therefore, we go on as we have gone on.

I might be able to persuade her, if we're so inclined.

It's not like we'd really do anything with the successor mechanic. So long as the password stays up, we're pretty much set.

(Finally logging into this puppet. Usually use the main nation through the embassy mechanic, because lazy.)

Lazy is good. We should embrace laziness more.

I might have voted "Somebody" because I dislike uncertainty - but I also briefly joined the WA and disliked that even more.

Greetings from Penguia.

Merry Christmas!
