For the standard RP, we avoid magic in general, especially ones that can be misused to become overpowered, like any form of returning from the dead. However, that doesn't stop you from doing solo RP and non-canon RP with magic and reincarnation if you want.

OOC: You know, even if my stats are in most ways terrible, I can at least take comfort in two things - first, that other Overdosed Crackheads and Laws and Bylaws, who do not seem to RP much, I appear to have the lowest taxes on the RMB. Second, that out of all the nations with low political freedoms on the RMB, mine appears to be the least oppressive.

You have the exact amount of political freedoms, level of economy, and amount of civil rights that I have trying to go towards. I dunno how you managed to do that tho, cuz its like every time I try to improve economy, I tarnish something else.
