Goldgamia is technically a democracy on the regional level, however, aside from that, even if a nation is recognised as a dictatorship by the WA, as long as it has some sort of democracy according to non-Nationstates based statistics, that is fine.
Another note, a GDU nation doesn't need to have democracy on the national level, it only requires for a nation to have some sort of democracy, even if it is only on a small scale.
