I'm sure that the Royal Brazilian military would need a contingency for their island territories in general, in case there was war with SR or anyone else in Teremara, so I'm going to assume that, but please please please don't use every OOC thing I communicate as solid intel that your people uncover. If nothing else, this is an exercise in communication, both IC and OOC.
