Join the World Assembly. Then join our Discord server.

A simple ten-step guide to success:

1. Click here to make sure that your nation has an email address attached to it.

2. Click on the green bit of text above, or - if you haven't noticed it - click here.

3. Now click on the button that says "Apply to Join."

4. Now check your emails for an email sent by NationStates. Read that email and follow its instructions very carefully.

5. You are now a World Assembly member, or a citizen of Sophia.

6. Please endorse your WA Delegate, Tinhampton. You can do this by clicking on Tinhampton, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and then tapping on the "Endorse Tinhampton" button!

7. Click on the blue bit of text above, or - if you also haven't noticed it - click here.

8. Now follow the instructions that Discord gives you.

9. Now go to the #reality channel and tell us what your nation is called. Tinhampton (Discord: "tinhampton") will then give you the Resident and Citizen roles.

10. You can now stand for regional office, as well as debate and vote on proposed regional laws.

Have YOU got the power?

If you are not a raider, a defender, a WA Delegate, or do not otherwise need your WA nation elsewhere, there is no good reason why you should not become a citizen. President and Philosopher-Queen Tinhampton will contact those non-citizens who have the potential to become citizens from time to time about the possibility of citizenship.

If you are a citizen, there is no good reason why you should not be on our Discord server. Every citizen has an email address; you can use your email address to sign up for Discord.
