@Ishwar, you need to register yourself with a user name in the forum, after which your account would get activated. Then you can campaign.
Btw since this Older Message system shows promise quite a lot of campaigning could be done here itself. However for reasons of security higher profile or sensitive discussions should be done at the forum itself.
