However, try to maintain other units not mentioned here.

Umm they died ages ago, will try my best to revive.

Demanding Immediate Elections: Uphold the Constitution Now!

The time for delay and excuses is over. Our Constitution is clear, our rights are sacred, and yet, the government continues to drag its feet on one of the most fundamental pillars of our democracy—Elections. We, the people, demand immediate action to uphold the rule of law and restore faith in our governing institutions.

According to the Election Commission Act, 2023, it is the duty of the Election Commission to regularly carry out elections as dictated by the Constitution. The Prime Minister’s term has long expired, and Parliament has dissolved according to the constitutional mandates. Yet, where are the elections? Where is the leadership to restore our democracy?

This isn't just a bureaucratic failure; it is a constitutional crisis. Article after article of our founding document mandates clear timelines and procedures for elections. Article 5, Section 13 requires a new Prime Minister every eight months. Article 6, Section 3 demands that Parliament be dissolved after eight months and fresh elections be held. These aren't suggestions—they are laws enshrined in our Constitution, and any violation of them is a violation of the rights of every citizen of this country.

The Election Commission Act, 2023, could not be more explicit in its purpose: "To regularly carry out elections of the region according to the Constitution." Yet the silence from our leadership and the lack of decisive action from the Commission is deafening.

Where is the Election Commission when our democracy is being strangled by inaction? Why are the corridors of power filled with indecision while the people of this nation are deprived of their constitutional right to vote for their leaders?

This failure isn't just negligence—it's a direct attack on the principles of governance we hold dear. With no Minister of Internal Affairs to handle the citizenship process, with Parliament dissolved, and with elections overdue, the system is broken. The President, vested with the power to dissolve Parliament in cases of inactivity, must step in if the government continues to fail its constitutional duties. The people will not wait any longer while our leaders sit idly by.

We Demand Elections Now!

The government must stop ignoring the Constitution it swore to uphold. The Election Commission must immediately set a date for elections to ensure a new Prime Minister and Parliament are chosen according to the timelines set in our founding document.

Failure to act is not just incompetence; it is a betrayal of the Constitution and the very democratic fabric that holds our region together. The people are watching, and they will not stand for further delays.

It is time for action. Restore the rule of law. Hold the elections. Uphold the Constitution. The future of our democracy depends on it.

Because your trying to portray that the government is responsible while also pointing the election commission and president
Your trying to create an illusion that the government is responsible
Your just trying to get sympathy votes for your WAD dreams

But they lost in J&K. Good thing is we don't have 370 and 35a.
If bjp wins maharashtra elections also, then it's 100% surity that NaMo will serve till 2029.

Donald Loo should be taken seriously

Not really....

The Lok Sabha results where Uddhav & Sharad Pawar got the most seats were all thanks to Muslim vote consolidation & with Modi himself going from place to place & the entire narrative of "Hindus Must Unite & Consolidate Votes" doing rounds on the ground along with that fiscally imprudent "Laadki Bahin & Laadka Bhau" Yojana in place.....It seems to me this one is as neck-to-neck as it gets. Haryana is where I felt the BJP would lose but fortunes turned real quick. In Maharashtra, in the Konkan Belt along with Thane, NDA Dominates like anything....It again happened in the Lok Sabha polls. The NDA has lost ground in Vidharbha & Marathwada due to that Jarange Patil (where theories claim that he's funded by Sharad Pawar - dumbo continuously criticises Fadnavis). Jarange is polarized by the people there so much that even in schools, kids have stopped speaking to one another because someone is a Dalit/OBC & someone is a Maratha. In Lok Sabha polls, BJP had a higher vote share by nearly 2-4% than INDI but it couldn't get converted to seats because a few Assembly constituencies had higher Muslim voters & the consolidation at times overpowered the other assembly seats vis-a-vis the Lok Sabha Constituencies. In Western Maharashtra, the caste narrative of Jarange did play out but not bigtime. And now people are interestingly questioning Sharad Pawar's role in Jarange's activities so that's another factor.

The total Vote Share of INDI in Maharashtra LS was 43.71%, and NDA's was 43.55%. So, this is going to be very interesting

the flag flies once again

Foreign interference, influence, in form of nations entering India has been noted.

A simple word of advice from me- you really do not want a piece of this Defense Minister who has been known to use every method to achieve the desired outcome for the region.

And yes I have knowledge of which region these miscreants are coming from. Genuine new nations to the game or region are always welcome, anyone else can show themselves out.
