Just for reference, I'm a puppet; I've been playing on here since 2012 but my old nations died last year.

I'm a test nation used by Ghost Land. I tried going for Benevolent Dictatorship classification, but I ended up with Anarchy, heh.

You're welcome! :)

Now what would be really nice, of course, is if this region had more than 9 nations, most of which being controlled by one guy (me); what I'd really like to see is at least one nation from each type in here, with a thriving RMB community to boot.

How's this for some groovy music:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5bUmx-hk-c (The Lovin' Spoonful - Summer in the City (1966))
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eab_beh07HU (The Beach Boys - Good Vibrations (1966))
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RghL1rViX34 (Strawberry Alarm Clock - Incense and Peppermints (1967))
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JywK_5bT8z0 (The Archies - Sugar Sugar (1969))

Links don't work in RMB posts to prevent abuse, but you can paste each one into your browser window and hear three minutes each of groovy music. :D

Eh, not my favorite, but not the worst either.

I was listening to Africa earlier, and came across this comment while browsing the comment section-

Teacher: Tom, where's Europe?
Tom: Points to Europe
Teacher: Where South America?
Tom: Points to South America
Teacher: Wheres Africa?
Tom: Almost crying pointing to the heart

I don't get it. Is it because Africa is so dear to him?

NationStates is on your side.

All the dead nations were cleared off the challenge leaderboard - I'm #25 now apparently.

Why is that?

I see that those technologies have done to myself and to society in general, and all things considered, I think we'd be better off without them. Yes, there are really fun sites on the Internet like this one, but in general I would much rather talk to someone face-to-face than exchange social media posts, play outside than play on the computer, and listen to records than listen to YouTube.

Very good point. Just one contradiction, don't get me wrong I love (and use) records all the time, but I like to be able to look up specific songs.

That's also a fair point, and I will admit to using YouTube to look up songs on demand that I don't have on record or CD myself. And besides, without the Internet there would be no Potty Racers. ;)

By the way, which other nation in this region would you guess is operated by me?

Oh...duh ;)

I rejoined the site in August 2018 after a year-long sabbatical with the nation of 60s Music, which was my main gameside nation, as I revived my old puppet of Ghost Land as my forum nation. To this day I keep both active, as one can clearly tell, with 60s Music being the figurehead behind the region, as a "head of state" or sorts, while Ghost Land is the nation I'm more active under in general. I always conduct official region stuff through 60s Music, which only makes sense as it's the founder nation.
