4220 is the best in my opinion. I don't mind 2246 but it doesn't read like Illinois to me

All pretty great to me, but I really don't like 896. If 4669 won it would be another show of the "Colorado Effect" as it was dubbed by one person. (The case of letters actually fitting on a flag) 4129 looks really good with the flower though, probably the top for me.

I don't care what you pick since they are all great, as long as you dont pick 896 or stick with the current flag!
