Hi Odinburgh, that was a great suggestion. We have added another article at the end, "Article XX," which reads as follows:
ARTICLE XX
Section I : The Founder shall appoint a line succession to assume the duties of The Founder, who shall be afforded executive status should the Founder CTE. The line of succession shall be appropriated from The House of Dux Bradford John.
Section II : In the event that an appointed successor cannot assume the duties of The Founder, the line of succession shall be considered broken and the Prime Minister shall assume all duties of The Founder as an executive WA Delegate.
This is anticipation of the planned rule changes, in which the Founder can appoint successors:

If a CTE happened before the rule change makes it possible to appoint a successor, the Prime Minister would assume all duties of The Founder and become an executive WA Delegate. At that point, Parliament and the PM may decide to found a new region but we leave that open-ended, as that would be up to the nations in the region at that time. Hopefully this is sufficient.

Awesome. I like it too, it's a unique thing for our region. I also cleaned up some of grammar in Article XX...and made some basic edits like making the terms like Parliament and Member State consistent with capitalizations.
We also welcome Ventica from Novus Lucidum, and that's a good time to once-again state that we are appointing nations of status from Novus Lucidum to temporary officer positions while our Constitution is ratified. These positions are only temporary, and shall be replaced with official positions that are created via the Constitution and Parliament once the Constitutional Convention is complete.

I think the region flag is an interesting looking flag. However the snake does symbolize something unique but also same for a dragon as well as far possibly signifying a great rebirth.

So, I'm just hear to see what's going on and to support some former friends is all. I'm not very active in this sector, more in my other region. That's all.
It isn't a horrible state, but I do wish they'd give more autonomy to Abkhazia. South Ossetia I don't support as much, but Abkhazia I do support at least a raise of self-autonomy. I feel like the Georgian Government should give them how the United States treats Puerto Rico or France treats New Caledonia. I feel like a raise of self-autonomy, no need for territorial status, would make their conflict much safer.
POWER TO SOUTH OSSETIA.
Abkhazia in my opinion deserves more power than South Ossetia. I mean, the former is a distinct ethnic group, while South Ossetians are just russian... just move to Russia at that point.

Explaining Declansburg's Regional Flag
Adopted on December 13, 2021 by the Provisional Regional Government
Declansburg's flag, adopted on Dec. 13, 2021.
DEFINING DECLANSBURG'S FLAG
Let's begin at the old flag...
Declansburg's original flag represented a region at war. It had four colors: red, symbolizing the cost of conflict; green, symbolizing The Dáxlamic Evergreen Republic and an environmental commitment; blue, symbolizing a commitment to clean water; and black, symbolizing the grief of a nation in a seemingly never-ending battle.
The old flag also prominently featured a coiled snake, which signified a region that was both in transformation and on the defensive.
Declansburg's first flag featured a coiled snake, representing a region at war.
In those days, Declansburg was playing defense for good reason. The region was constantly a target of enemies, which sought to disrupt the region's progress.
The new flag...
Most notably, the new flag incorporates a symbol that stood out on the old banner: a snake. On the new flag, the snake appears to be trying to consume itself. This is an ouroboros, an ancient symbol that signifies rebirth, representing infinity and the cycle of life and death that is so notable in our shared history dating back to The Radiant.
The flag also now includes a dragon, symbolizing the wisdom and knowledge of our ancient nations. This dragon is holding a shield, which represents our regional commitment to defend what is righteous. On this shield is The Praying Lady of Samanthalán, representing the region's status as a safe haven for Dáxlamic peoples of the world. The Praying Lady of Samanthalán is the international symbol of Dáxlam and was featured on The Radiant's regional flag between 2016 and 2018.
Like the old banner, the new flag features a Nordic Cross, symbolizing redemption and eternal life. Additionally, there are three colors on Declansburg's new flag. The flag features white, symbolizing the pure intentions of good will between regional partners, and dark blue, symbolizing the heights of the sky, and the depths of the sea to exemplify the reach of our regional influence. Black on our new flag symbolizes the depths of space - to which we are willing to go - and our quest to expose the unknown. This color shall serve as a reminder to continue on our journey for knowledge and understanding of the world in which we exist.
This flag has been raised first by Declansburg, the capital and namesake of our region, on Dec. 12, 2021.
It shall be raised on Dec. 13, 2021, in the last days of our Constitutional Convention, by decree of Dux Bradford John on behalf of the Provisional Government of Declansburg, and by unanimous consent among The House of Dux Bradford John.

Let me see if I can post an original version of the flag, without the ripple effect, to a puppet nation of mine.
