Thank you Harka is the best for the appointment to this position. As the region is still small and elections have not been held yet, I will not be organising any regional events until the region's population has grown large enough for events to be viable.
Now I believe that we should get on with growing this region. I do extend an invitation to Loranians to join, and I do also believe that recruitment should start soon, however that is not my authority.
'sup people. It's SS sending a puppet over.
And btw the discord invite is old. But since this region will be added to the union (I hope) we can probably just give it a separate set pf channels on the main Lorania server.
Oh and can I have a WA waiver?

BTW, everyone's current official positions are only temporary. In the new year, we'll be holding elections. I chose this time, so to avoid having to spent people's time in the christmas period. You can still resign at any time, if you wish to have a different temporary position. Positions are first come first serve at the moment, until the new year.
The Head Minister Election is will be on the 15th of January 2021. You can announce candidacy on the 1st of January, but no later than the 7th.
The Regional Judge Election is on the 30th of January. You can announce candidacy on the 16th of January, but no later than the 22nd.
The Druidic Council Election will probably last from the 14th of February to the 16th of February (72 hours). You can announce candidacy on the 31st of January, but no later than the 6th of February.
The World Assembly Delegate Election is due to take place on the 3rd of March (If we'll have any WA nations here). You can announce candidacy on the 17th of February, but no later than the 23rd of February.

Started a poll for a constitutional amendment, details included in this post.
Article I, Section 2 shall be changed to: 'All residents to actively hold World Assembly membership shall be entitled to Celtian Citizenship after 7 days of residing in the region with World Assembly membership. If a resident controls a World Assembly member nation outside the Region of Celtia, they must telegram the name of this World Assembly nation to the Home Officer or whomever controls the waiver list at said moment in time, as well as verifying it with their World Assembly nation (through a second TG) in order to be granted Citizenship 7 days after the original application.'
This is done for security reasons, mainly to prevent raiders from easily and quickly obtaining citizenship. It also clears up a few grammatical errors and possible areas for misinterpretation.
It is a regional referendum due to the Druidic Council not sitting.
As Regional Judge, I hereby confirm the legality of this referendum to be true. This referendum is 100% legal under Celtian Law.

It is, don't worry.
Well, technically yes. I forgot to add referenda voting in Article I of the constitution. Therefore, it is legal for you to vote in referenda. However I intent to try and change that, by asking Sail to create a referendum poll on it. It is legal, but only by a technicality.
