It tells if someone likes you, whoever has the most is delegate. But for security reasons it is recommended you endorse the current delegate by following these steps:
Bozarkia's World Factbook Entry, tells you to join the World Assembly and endorse Arvadia. But what does this mean?
1. You can only endorse nations if you're in the World Assembly (WA), so first you will have to join the WA.
2. You need to go to the page of the nation you would like to endorse (We recommend the delegate, Star federation, as it helps out our region), then scroll down until you see a button that says "Endorse [nation]" and click it.
3. To save some time, you can just click this to get to Star Federation's endorse button.
So, join the WA and endorse the delegate!
