In order to run for the delegacy, the following prerequisites must be meet.
1:Being in the World Assembly, found here. page=un
2: Regional residency of at least a month
3: Sending a telegram to the current electoral commisioner, The almighty long or their other account, Chao phraya river
Once those are done, you've successfully applied for the election. If you are here to vote the following requirements are to be met.

In order to become the delegate, you need to be in the WA. that is literally the game rules and an incorporated mechanic. Bring this up with Max Barry not me. The term Delegate refers to the regions delegate to the WA.
Only one nation which you own may vote, meaning neither side can just flood alts in every election then win.

I don’t understand the game well enough to consider myself a worthy candidate for Delegate as I’ve realised. I think they are the best candidate to take over. I would really like to be apart of the Government in anyway if that’s possible. I’m sorry if I wasted your guys time.

no point in even having this election if only one person will run. I won't be having a lot of available time to throw around and it'd save me a fair share of effort if we just declared him the victor early and granted the position.
