Seeking a new member of Forest's Government: Deputy Forest Keeper
Members of Forest,I am currently seeking a Deputy Forest Keeper to serve in Forest's government. The deputy Forest Keeper will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting in the creation, development, and writing of clear and objective responsibility descriptions. These description will be be used to guide other members of Forest's government in the standards they will be held to in their positions in Forest's government. This will include positions which have existed in the past and possibly new position. This will be done with close coordination with me. Input on possible new positions will be encouraged.
Assisting in the recruitment for government positions in a manner that cast a wide net and fills the positions in a quick and fair manner.
At times, assisting in covering open government positions until they are filled.
Assisting in outreach and crafting of constitutional amendments before they are voted on.
Assisting in the running of Forest government in rare instances where I am not available.
Other duties as needed.
The position could either be permanent or temporary depending on the need (this can be discussed upon acceptance or later on). Applicants should expect to spend a fair bit of time in the position, especially for the initial period when position descriptions are being made and Forest's government is being filled. This position is open to all. Preference will be given to nations with a long track record or active involvement in Forest and a demonstrated interest in the government functions.
