So I got inspired by Grand Britanny's factbook, this will just be where I casually write something I think of, so not everything in here is well that thought out, or should be used in RP, since everything is just a rough draft. But this is to make me look more active on the factbooks side and maybe answer one of your questions if you have any, just provide random snippets of miscellaneous lore about Lemueria in general. So without further ago, let's start.

Lemueria is basically an island nation stuffed between North America and Asia that has a LOT of Russian influence, and also some Asian and European influence, it is ruled by a semi-constitutional monarchy meaning power is shared between the royal family and elected government, and is economically eco-communist, meaning that some critical industries are subsidized and there are extensive welfare programs, and roads are not divided into either side, and there is an eco-tax, and more, etc.

So the main religion, Ascendism, says that an ancient legendary god (well she died so maybe more like figure) named Assumliya went down to bless the ancient Lemu tribe, which made the nation prosper under her command, eventually she died and her corpse split apart into the nine virtues of life, which spread around into the world, and each person and a unique set of virtues. There is one person who possesses each virtue and is the successor to Assumliya who is the current Lord-Emperor (we call our monarch that), and his word while acting under this vague thing we call the Bondage which is a state in which a person is directly connected with the memories and spirits of Assumliya before her death, and it is achieved by doing an act that excels in each virtue at once, called an incarnation, which is performed by each Lord-Emperor when he takes his duties as the head of Ascendism, and when this incarnation is done temporarily the Lord-Emperor is under direct bondage and can offer correct spiritual advice, his word becomes the doctrine of the religion basically. There are many spinoffs from the Western Ascendist Hall (a hall is like a Christian denomination, it can also refer to a place where one practices in the virtues, and spiritual, which is like a Christian church), including the Eastern Ascendist Hall, which is the second major branch after Western Ascendism. For a normal person, Ascendism promoted a life style known as true neutrieno, in which a person pursues a state which is a balance between sadness and happiness, enough of both to sustain the living of a man (and women added centuries later, Lemuerian culture is traditionally very male-dominated), so to do this a balance of the virtues is required, needing equal training in both, called an ambucio, a training in a specific virtue is called a spoco ambucio, people who excel in the spoco ambucio of one virtue are called spocatans in popular culture, but the real meaning of the word actually means volunteering to help in spoco ambucios of others in that specific virtue, which is also performed by a lot of spocatans, someone who has excelled in an ambucio and has received true neutrieno is called an ambuciatan, and is in popular culture shortened to ambs, or ambus, but this is seen as informal and if you say it in front of a crowd in a hall, will definitely get you kicked out. And there is also this thing called perfurming which tries to replicate an incarnation, it is disputed spiritually, and is said to not actually offer true spiritual solace, but it's performers use a specific set of techniques in a procedure called a perfume to artificially excel the virtues of a person temporarily so they can achieve a burst like an incarnation, but just slightly, so they don't achieve a true incarnation but the same fulfillment and happiness, the results of this are more linked to the happiness that is generated naturally from the techniques rather than anything supernatural of spiritual, it's practice is very controversial and sometimes doesn't work leading to some perfumers being con artists, and yeah basically there is a bunch of negativity surrounding perfurming and it is not advised and people might even get kicked from their hall for doing it so tldr don't.

Lemuerians are pretty multilingual and have a deep appreciation of language, most popular languages: Lemuerian (duh), Volkonese, English, Russian, German, Spanish, Chinese, in order of popularity.

Lemueria has 57.1428571429 births per one thousand females. 28.571 births per one thousand inhabitants total. Which isn't that crazy actually, but most of the nations on the top are on the top because they have high death rates too. Which this statistic was for births without infant mortality. Total births were 43.67 births per one thousand inhabitants which puts it in second in the world.
