The Anduavan Defense Forces (ADF) consist of the following branches: the Anduavan Land Forces (ALF), the Anduavan Maritime Corps (AMC), the Anduavan Aerospace Defense Command (ADC), and the Anduavan Cybersecurity Forces (ACF). The nation also maintains a Technocratic Guard, tasked with safeguarding critical infrastructure, ensuring the security of high-priority government and research facilities, and providing disaster relief when required.
Note 1: The Anduavan Maritime Corps operates primarily to secure Anduava's extensive coastline and to project power across key maritime regions, particularly in the Lironian Sea.
Note 2: The Anduavan Cybersecurity Forces are a unique branch focusing on safeguarding national digital infrastructure, conducting defensive and offensive cyber operations, and supporting intelligence activities within the region.
Note 3: Local and regional security in Anduava is also supported by auxiliary forces known as the Provincial Defense Units (PDUs), which operate under civilian governance for internal security and disaster response missions.

Recent acquisitions include fifth-generation fighter aircraft, maritime drones for coastal defense, and a new cyber-warfare platform developed in partnership with Masterdown.

Service obligation: Minimum service of three years active duty, with additional reserve duty required for up to five years (2024).
Note 1: The Anduavan military has been primarily all-volunteer since the mid-21st century, with compulsory service only implemented during emergencies.
Note 2: The Anduavan Cybersecurity Forces are open to skilled recruits as young as 16, provided they meet rigorous educational and technical requirements.
Note 3: All military positions, including combat roles, are open to women. As of 2024, women represent 26% of the total active-duty personnel in the ADF.
Military Deployments
Anduava maintains several strategic outposts within allied territories, including approximately 15,000 personnel stationed in Colboria and Mazapanes as part of mutual defense agreements and regional stability missions. Anduava also participates in international peacekeeping operations under the auspices of the World Assembly and regional alliances like the Lironian Defense Pact (LDP).
Military - Note
The ADF's primary missions include the defense of Anduava's national borders, safeguarding the nation's interests in the Lironian Sea, participating in international peacekeeping efforts, and supporting civil authorities during natural disasters or other emergencies. Anduava's strategic focus emphasizes the use of advanced technology, including unmanned aerial vehicles, AI-driven command systems, and cyber capabilities to maintain an edge in regional security dynamics. The country is also a founding member of the Technocratic Defense Union (TDU), a regional alliance focused on the collective security and technological collaboration of its members.
Anduava established its formal military structure in 2045 following the dissolution of regional militias and their integration into a unified national defense force. The Anduavan Land Forces trace their lineage to the National Liberation Units that played a crucial role during the Anduavan War of Independence. The Maritime Corps and Aerospace Defense Command were established to protect the nation's burgeoning maritime and aerospace interests, respectively, while the Cybersecurity Forces were created in response to escalating digital threats in the latter half of the 21st century.
