New Vice Presidential Candidate And Presidential Bids

Today, October 27, 2024, President Sean Greggory announced that his new running mate will be Connor Brooks, the current Governor of Dabraska, who will run as an Independent. Brooks chose this because he wanted to show unity among parties by not picking a side. Brooks was believed to have announced his bid to run for president, but his supporters are happy either way.

Brooks previously ran for president in 2012 but ultimately dropped out of the race when it was evident that Franlikn J. Barns V. would win the Democratic-Republican Nomination. He would win his bid for the Dabraska Senator spot in the 2017 election. However, he would not seek re-election in 2021, opting for the Governor spot for Dabraska.

Along with the news of Connor Brooks' Vice Presidental nomination, several people have announced their bids for the Presidential ticket. It is already known that AI citizens Cognis Prime and his running mate Ardentis Nova have put in their bid. However, a lesser-known AI citizen, Devo One, has put in her bid. She is running under the independent banner. Three have announced their bid under the Federalist Party. The first is former president David Adams; he won his presidential bid in 2010 and was president from 2011 to 2014. He would lose his re-election in 2013 and run again in 2022 but would lose to President Sean Greggory. Carlos Knight is the second one to announce their bid under the Federalist Party. He is a former governor and a current senator of Kenrk. Maximus Cochran is the last to run under the Federalist Party. Maximus, a former gridiron football quarterback, is a House Representative of Sun Island. The Federalist Party Debate will occur in the coming months, with the primary election soon after.

The Whig Party has announced that they have selected Abner Smith as their candidate. Smith ran in 2022 with the Whigs but would lose the election to President Greggory.
