The purpose of the Treaty of Entioch, hereinafter referred to as the Treaty, is to bring together like-minded regions in an inter-regional cooperation on development, exchange of experience and sharing of knowledge about regional building and the activities of NationStates. The Treaty is divided into two divisions, each with their own organization and purpose. The Treaty also guarantees some administrative independence and self-governance of its members.

DIVISION ONE: CAVALIERS OF ENTIOCH

The Cavaliers of Entioch is a regional union aimed at the growth of the group as a whole. It additionally counts with military and commercial allyship, alongside an event alliance (eg. N-Day) in which the member regions join forces in many of NationStates' recurring events. The Cavaliers of Entioch are a set of tight-knit regions with each their distinct values and ideals, yet united by the common objective of mutual prosperity through the interchange of ideas and advice.
The alliance is open to cooperation from outside, is open to embassy proposals (and military pacts in exceptional cases), also from Treaty-members who are not subject to Division One. But the regional members of Division One assume the right over all central positions and decisions taken in the Cavaliers of Entioch.
The alliance is led by the Marshals of Sunflowers.
Application for membership in Division One is sent to the Marshals of Sunflowers and assessed jointly with the Treaty Overseer.
DIVISION TWO: THE REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EXCHANGE INITIATIVE

The purpose of the Regional Development and Exchange Initiative is to bring regions together in the Treaty's wider community and sphere of influence and allyship regarding NationStates, and to assist regions and nations in building and developing their prospects for their future. The initiative aims for community building, interaction between regions as well as connecting creativity, role-play, and world-building with the features available on NationStates. Moreover, members are strongly encouraged to join the Treaty's factions during the multitude of events throughout the year.
The daily workflow is led by the RDEI-Coordinator, and supervised by the Treaty Overseer and the Marshals of Sunflowers.
Applications for membership in Division Two are sent to the Treaty Overseer and assessed jointly with the RDEI-Coordinator and the Marshals of Sunflowers.
