The Black Rider Menace
The Black Riders (especially the massive 400+ nation region, but all black riders in general) have been blatantly destroying communities and wonderful places. Invaders have caused problems, but there is no power more devastating than the Black Riders.There have been multiple RMB posts and dispatches written by furious victims, nations who were happy where they were, but who had to find themselves a new home due to a Black Rider invasion tearing apart their region. They must be stopped.
The Black Riders are impenetrable, with endless legions and their power-wielding founder. They cannot be defeated by a simple invasion, as their Delegate is non-executive. There are too many of them to convert them all into civilised peoples. The only chance is to keep them out, and cooperate in doing so.
If delegates, founders and every good nation were to keep track of Black Riders and Black Rider invasions, then post these lists publicly, known Black Riders could be banned from regions upon entering. Thus, with cooperation between influential regions, the Black Riders could be kept from causing mass destruction.
