Tier system: Tier 1 is for seriously problematic individuals/regions as well as regions with embedded fascism. Tier 2 is for regions whose members have committed serious acts typically unrelated to ideological alignment.

Current governor is a former supporter and sympathizer of  Stepan Bandera (a Ukranian Nazi who worked with Nazi Germany during World War II and who is widely condemned even by most Ukranians). The region also permits transphobes to hold regional office, even placing them on the jury at their own "trial". | |
