Have you ever wanted to construct the flag of Sophia for no particular reason? Well, now you can via this easy guide!--------------------
Using a ruler and some scissors, cut out a length of paper of dimensions 6 units tall by 10 units wide.
You will want to add grid lines to this paper; a digital visualization has been included below.
At this point, you will want to treat this paper like a coordinate grid; this is how the following instructions will be phrased.
In a darker color, draw the following lines:
(0,1) to (1,0)
(0,2) to (2,0)
(0,3) to (3,0)
(1,3) to (4,0)
(2,3) to (5,0)
(3,3) to (5,1)
(4,3) to (5,2)
The paper should now look like this:
Now, draw these lines:
(0,5) to (1,6)
(0,4) to (2,6)
(0,3) to (3,6)
(1,3) to (4,6)
(2,3) to (5,6)
(3,3) to (5,5)
(4,3) to (5,4)
The paper should now look like this:
Now, draw these lines:
(9,6) to (10,5)
(8,6) to (10,4)
(7,6) to (10,3)
(6,6) to (9,3)
(5,6) to (8,3)
(5,5) to (7,3)
(5,4) to (6,3)
The paper should now look like this:
Now, draw these lines:
(5,2) to (6,3)
(5,1) to (7,3)
(5,0) to (8,3)
(6,0) to (9,3)
(7,0) to (10,3)
(8,0) to (10,2)
(9,0) to (10,1)
The paper should now look like this:
Now, erase all of the grid lines except for two near the center, which are shown in the image below.
At this point, the sections that have been made by the lines will be numbered from 1 to 21 as depicted below.
Now, color the sections below blue. The exact shade has a hex value of #0080FF, but in practice, any bright shade of blue will work.
