As of today, Husrien ranks 3rd in terms of WA endorsements within Sophia, with 11 endorsements. Whether the People's Republic (which is one of the younger nations in the region) will end up competing for dominance and influence with Tinhampton or not remains to be seen.

However, relations with Tinhampton, and other nations such as Wolfe leushke, Great n and Sirian have recently improved. Perhaps an alliance between these nations, along with the other major nations in Sophia, is under way.

On the subject of alliances, a rumor regarding Husrien's foreign policy has emerged within the alleys and schoolgrounds of the nation. This rumor is that supposedly, deep within the bunkers and basements of the Capitol Building, the Supreme Leader and his closest affiliates are creating a plan that when finished, will create a sort of "socialist bloc" within Sophia. These allegations have yet to be confirmed nor denied by officials.

Husri civil and political freedoms have recently been increased, most notably with the dissolution of state-owned news broadcasts. Whether these trends will continue is a subject of debate amongst politicians in the People's Republic.

Husrien has officially unveiled its new flag. It has a Canadian Pale, with red and yellow for communism/socialism, and a rose in the center, representing democratic socialism. The rose is black, representing industry and the struggles that Husrien has endured in the past.

Husrien officials have begun to formally support the Splitran Communist Movement, a faction within the War in Splitra, which stands for a Splitran communist state. A variety of tanks, handguns, bombs, food and prayers are being sent towards the heroic partisans revolting against the oppressive Splitran central government. If Husrien and the SCM succeed, then the two will most certainly be allies.
