[b]Rationale:[/b] I can say, straightforwardly and without a hint of fuss, that Caer Sidi is one of the most successful and resilient roleplay regions today. Timiskrane and friends have done so ten different ways, upside-down and back-to-front with [i]negative[/i] levels of fuss. There is nothing in this proposal that would suggest it is not deserving in the slightest, meaning they are worthy by default - and there is much more to say about them than that. Now to the next resolution... hold up, there isn't one?
