The economy of Solaryia is a diverse, highly developed mixed economy. By nominal GDP, it is the second largest economy in Raedlon, and among of the largest in the isles, with a GDP of 471,620,810,000ᚪ, or $561,252,900,000. The country has a very high standard of living, and is notable for Miracle of the Karnali, where the country emerged in ruins from the losing side of the Imperial War to being one of the largest, most developed economies in the region. Although its growth has slowed slightly among a potential demographic shift, Solaryia’s economy still remains one of the fastest growing in the region due to large investments in the growing IT, tech, and green power industries.

The economy of Solaryia is largely focused around the three largest cities of Eridanis, Serín, and Visegrad, with the three cities being noted as the capitals of finance, technology, and manufacturing respectively. The International Bank of Raedlon is based in Eridanis, along with the Eridanis Stock Exchange (ESX), a subsidiary of the Solaryi Exchange Group (SGV), one of the largest securities exchanges in the isles. Other exchanges are the Visegrad Stock Exchange and the Ytrez Securities Exchange.

Solaryia’s focus on the establishment of a strong education system and a motivated population after the end of the Imperial War is largely responsible for its high economic growth, and increased standards of living, although the country’s shift to an export and finance oriented economy has also played a part. In addition, a strong public healthcare system and worker protection laws have also been noted to have helped the standards of living. However, the growth of large, often family owned corporations known as Varadzyi has been called out due to alleged attempts at corruption and various anti-worker actions, particularly given that many families are descended from past nobility.
