The President and Vice President are both elected by the populace of Margaux every 32 years, to which they can only serve 2 terms.
The President holds considerable power over the nation and it's people. But, can still be ousted from power by the other branches of Government.
The Vice President is the second most powerful person in Margaux, still not holding as much power the President.
Both the President and Vice President can be ousted by the branches if a 'full' majority vote can be accomplished.
The President stays and lives in the Triablo 'Augusta' house while in office.

The Departments is it's own group in the Government, but it is not part of the branches of Government.
The Departments act as a place holder for workers of the Government, providing all the needs for the politicians in Margaux.
The Departments work with all the paperwork, directing, holding, releasing, handing out, but do not directly operate and handle the paperwork.
The Departments are full of government workers, but do not hold any political power over the nation.
These workers are hired by various branches of the Government.

The Territorial Valets are the representatives of the different branches working with the separate lands of Margaux. (Examples: Territorial Valet of Ceres, Territorial Valet of Mercury.)
The Territorial Valets work for the different representatives of Margaux's government, they are elected by the Senatorial and Congressional members every 7 years, to which they can only serve 3 terms.
The Territorial Valets act as law adapters in their respective lands. Enforcing laws and making sure they work for their respective people.
The Territorial Valets convene in the halls of Ceres 'Mordairus' building.

The Senatorial Valets are elected by the populace every 6 years, to which they can only serve 3 terms.
The Senatorial Valets draft laws, nominate leaders for certain agencies within the Government, and has the partial authority to declare war.
The Senatorial Valets can be replaced at any time, if the representative is unable to serve or has broken a law to have their seat taken.
The Senatorial Valets convene in the halls of Triablo 'Wallstein' bulding.

The Congressional Valets are elected by the populace every 5 years, to which they can only serve 3 terms.
The Congressional Valets hold powers to work the laws, apply them to their respective populace, and overhear their populace if any large concerns arise.
The Congressional Valets can be replaced at any time if the representative cannot serve or has broken a law to have them ousted.
The Congressional Valets convene in the halls of Triablo 'Veltire' building.
