Toxic behaviour

Any country that exhibits rude or unruly behaviour shall have their posts suppressed. If a country does this 4 times in a row they shall be ejected out of the region but not banned. If a country gets ejected two times then that country shall be banned.
Toxic behaviour includes but not limited to:
Swearing
Racist comments
Saying extremely nasty things about countries
Putting down people time and time again
Drug references
Fake quoting
I will be lenient about this but you can not say anything extreme.
These rules apply to ambassadors as well as no one is immune to these new laws. All those part of the government must obey this law as well.
